As a busy mom, I often have very little time to squeeze in my workouts. I’ve adopted some short cuts to help me burn more calories and fat in less time so I can maximize my workout.

Here are a couple of my tricks:

  1. Before my workouts, I drink an energy-boosting smoothie that includes some cayenne pepper. The pepper helps to boost metabolism and burn fat.
  2. On the days when my time is very limited I’ll do HIIT training. A High-Intensity Interval Training program can do wonders in very little time and help you burn twice as much fat. The quick and fast-paced combination of sprints, pushups, jump squats, burpees and the like can give the same results as an hour of low-impact aerobics.What are some of your tips?
