  1. Load up on fresh herbs. Adding fresh rosemary, thyme and other savory herbs will help you lessen the need to include prepared seasoning in your meals.
  2. Make your own meal replacement while taking in your necessary daily servings of fruits and veggies by making a smoothie. Frozen fruits and some protein powder can go a long way.
  3. Keep the color! Don’t overcook your veggies. Quickly stir-fry or steam for crisp and nutritious veggies.
